cora takes on a central role for physical device management. New devices can be stored directly in cora, while end users automatically receive the notification for collection. This means that device replacements can be scheduled flexibly and at different times: For example, an employee removes their new laptop, has a week to transfer the data and then returns the old device via cora - exactly when it suits them.

IT is automatically informed, the new device is immediately recorded in Asset Management and the entire process is seamlessly documented. Whether smartphones, laptops or monitors: with cora, all devices can be controlled as part of lifecycle management. This creates a continuous flow of devices where IT is only responsible for replenishment - which can also be handled directly by suppliers if desired.
