The cora platform is the intelligent control center behind every cora. It forms the basis for automation, efficiency and transparency in IT support. As a modern, cloud-based software solution, it combines all the functions that companies need today to take their support processes to the next level - from real-time insights and complete asset histories to intuitive dashboards.

The platform runs in a highly secure and geo-redundant cloud environment. All data is fully encrypted and logical client separation is guaranteed. The data centers for EU customers are located in Frankfurt (Main) and for Swiss customers in Zurich.

Automated asset management

With the cora platform, you can automate your entire asset management, seamlessly integrated into your existing processes. Vending machine occupancy can be viewed live, minimum quantities can be defined individually and replenishment can be triggered automatically. Smart functions such as budgets or credits also ensure clear rules.

Asset-based instead of locker-based

In contrast to traditional locker-based systems, in which only one or two items are stored per compartment, cora relies on an asset-based principle. All use cases and configurations are configured modularly per asset.

Thanks to high-precision industrial scales in each compartment, dozens of assets can be stored depending on the item size - in practice often up to 600 items per cora with 24 compartments.

Control coras globally and adapt locally

With the cora platform, you retain full control over all coras at all times - across all locations, centrally and securely. Define global settings for all coras worldwide and ensure standardized processes and maximum efficiency. At the same time, you remain flexible: location or country-specific adjustments can be made in a targeted manner.

All data is stored persistently so that all processes are transparent, traceable and documented in an audit-proof manner.
