The new cora platform for supporters and users has been modernized from the ground up and combines over 300 new functions and improvements. A completely redesigned user interface makes operation more intuitive, faster and clearer. Thanks to seamless integration via the REST API or with plug-ins in common ITSM systems such as ServiceNow and Matrix42 as well as native support for SAML 2.0 for single sign-on, the platform can be easily integrated into existing IT landscapes.

Future-proof thanks to modern technology
The platform is not only technologically up to date, but is also already prepared for the use of AI applications. As a result, cora opens up additional opportunities for its customers to automate processes and make the operation of their IT infrastructure even more efficient. In addition, the entire user interface has been rethought and completely revised both visually and in terms of content.
The solution runs in a geo-redundant cloud environment: data is stored in data centers in Frankfurt am Main for customers from the EU, while Swiss customers benefit from hosting in Zurich. This ensures maximum security, compliance and regional proximity.
Developed with customer feedback
Numerous customer feedback has been incorporated into the new development. As a result, operation is now simpler and faster, and companies can scale their vending machines even more easily across locations.
